Dispatcher Rents – New Castle/Blackwood

Department: Rents Service

Responsibilities

Dispatch rental deliveries and pickups in a timely manner to customers and stores
Meet deadlines for rental equipment delivery and pick up
Communicate with coordinators and drivers
Arrange "best case scenario" hauls in order to reduce empty back hauls
Strive to reduce trucking expenses while maximizing customer satisfaction

Recommended Qualifications

Proven customer service track record
Strong communicator
Ability to multi-task
Technical aptitude
Attention to detail
Work well under pressure
High school education or GED
Clean driving record
AS400 background
Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite
Rental dispatching or hauling background
Two years customer service background
Some college courses
