Facilities Maintenance Technician -Bensalem
This individual will be responsible for overall remodeling and new construction projects within our corporate headquarters and other branches to include mostly carpentry, plumbing, HVAC projects along with basic electrical, masonry, painting and landscaping.
-Maintains tools and equipment; operates hand and power tools and shop equipment.
-Moves office furniture and equipment or places in storage; assists in furniture installation, assembly and/or disassembly.
-Perform painting, carpentry, minor electrical, plumbing and similar construction type work in the alteration, maintenance and repair of buildings, grounds and equipment.
-Works with internal customers and maintains Occupancy Help Desk requests for assigned services.
-Performs other related duties as assigned and/or needed

•Minimum 2 - 3 years of related facility maintenance experience is preferred.
•Excellent knowledge of tools and equipment associated with the building and construction trades.
•Thorough knowledge of OSHA standards; ability to operate forklifts, aerial work platforms and other equipment.
•Effective communication and interpersonal skills; both verbal and written.
