Parts Counter Person -Bensalem

Department: On Highway Parts

Responsibilities

•Accurately record and process phone and walk in orders.

•Accurately enter and maintain orders in the parts system.

•Communicate with customers and vendors on a regular basis.

•Use reference materials including books, microfiche, online resources, schematics

•Investigate inquires, issues and concerns and communicate the results accordingly.

•Process and follow through with returns, sales, credits, claims and warranties.

•Maintain counter sales promotional material.

•Initiate additional sale opportunities.

•Contact each assigned customer a minimum of once a quarter and update in Sales-Link .

•Ensure workplace safety.

Recommended Qualifications

•Parts counter experience required

•Proven customer service track record.

•Excellent people skills.

•Self-starter

•Multi-tasking.

•Attention to detail.

•Strong time management and organizational skills

•Work well under pressure.

•Ability to investigate and follow through discrepancies.

•Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
