Foley Inc. - Caterpillar Dealer: Our Company

Foley, Incorporated has been a Caterpillar dealer since 1957, spanning three generations of the Foley Family. Kim Foley is Chairman of the Board and CEO of Foley Inc., while his two sons Jamie (President) and Ryan (Vice President of Customer Relationships) hold key management positions within the company. Susan Connolly is Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.

Our territory includes the northern half of New Jersey, Staten Island, and Bermuda. Foley currently employs over 300 people. The headquarters, which is located in Piscataway, New Jersey, sits on 26.4 acres and consists of 163,698 square feet of office, warehouse, and shop space. There is a second Foley Rents branch in Monroe Township, New Jersey, with another 10 parts drops throughout the territory. This covers an area of approximately 4,086 square miles and a population of 6,301,873.

Over the past several years, Foley has pioneered several key initiatives to better serve our customers and to capitalize on promising business opportunities. These include establishing our "Company Values", deploying 6 Sigma, conducting strategic planning with Caterpillar Strategic Consultants, rolling out DBSi, a software solution exclusive to Caterpillar, and piloting several customer relationship management initiatives.
