Customer Care Representative
At Foley, Inc. we value our customer relationships and take pride in finding innovative ways to assist our customers’ demands. My name is Tinamarie Giraud, Customer Care Specialist at Foley, Incorporated. In my role as Customer Care Specialist, I will be responsible for generating and fostering customer interaction via the internet, phone and mail.
I graduated from Berkeley College in 2004 with a concentration of Business Administration and Marketing. After working at the University as well as the insurance company of Allen Freeman & Associates, I joined Foley in 2006 as an Administrative Assistant at Foley Rents. I supported the Piscataway location General Manager and sales teams. During such time I educated myself on the Rental Division Products.
I have had great experience and interaction with the Foley Rents customer base. I will be assisting the Machinery General Line and Foley Rents Sales Representatives.
