Administrative Assistant EHS & Facilities – Bensalem, PA
Department: Occupancy - Bensalem
Responsibilities
• Administer and maintain company vehicle lease agreements for Fleet Leasing & depreciation.
• Manage the company DOT Driver Qualification File process
• Maintain Fuel Cards, EZ Pass Tags and vehicle records.
• Maintain company fleet vehicle maintenance system; vehicle registrations, vehicle files, insurance cards, DOT/State Inspections, Amber light permits.
• File and maintain company vehicle accident claims, accident register and records.
• Apply for all company related licenses and permits annually within due dates.
• Monitor security guard reports and advise management accordingly.
• Maintain all Federal, State and Local files for EHS and Fleet regulatory compliance.
• Maintain all Federal and State employee certification training records.
• Administer and maintain safety compliance information to all Foley customers and third party vender safety sites
• Support EHS Managers with obtaining medical authorizations as needed for injury care, DOT Physicals, Hep B vaccinations, Drug tests and respirator clearances.
Recommended Qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of related work experience in Administrative support, Fleet Management/DOT compliance and/or equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; both verbal and written.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word.
