Corporate Service Heavy Rents Manager

Department: Machinery Service

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the successful operation, profitability, and expense control of heavy rental fleet.
• Monthly analysis of the Rental accounts for all locations.
• Creating monthly reports to Sales team of the status of the fleet and providing solutions to the team.
• Management of the RFM & RFD accounts within the fleet.
• Maximize profitability and utilization of heavy rental fleet.
• Manage the fleet maintenance and advise on rollouts due to health.
• Report on heavy rental metrics.
• Collaborate with Caterpillar rental services.
• At the beginning of the month, review the F/R and Rework report supplied by the Shop Manager,
• Review and recommend changes to Flat Rates.

Recommended Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 6-8 years experience in the heavy equipment industry with progressive maintenance/repair supervisory experience and/or equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; both verbal and written.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word.
