Digital eCommerce Advisor – Piscataway, NJ

• Execute the digital eCommerce strategy, this includes customer and employee trainings and customer troubleshooting.
• Attract new customers to digital platforms.
• Identify PCC user traits, conduct and evolve surveys to gain insight to the customers user experience.
• Review Abandoned shopping carts in the Aftermarket Marketing community.
• Develop marketing initiatives.
• Validate customers requesting access to digital platforms.
• Participate in the Digital Excellence Program and understand what metrics and attributes need to be met within the role and execute to accomplish goals.

Recommended Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years Customer Service, Administrative, eCommerce or Marketing experience and/or equivalent combination of training and experience, which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; both verbal and written.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and other related software.
