Parts Counter – Bensalem, PA
Department: Construction Parts - Bensalem
Responsibilities
• Creating parts lists for current quoting opportunities
• Working with the Certified Rebuild team
• Work with Repair Options and Standard Job groups by submitting CPT level parts lists for components
• Placing parts orders once rebuild quotes are approved
• Track CPT back ordered parts and work with proper personnel to expedite as needed
• Create parts lists from quoted contracts
• Prepare hose lists from quotes and work with Hose Room associate
• Ensure all documents are cleared when work is completed
• Capture all required updates for the machine being quoted
• Work with Quoting Manager to finalize CPT quotes
• Being a back up to the counter agents when needed
Recommended Qualifications
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Mechanical/Parts knowledge preferred
• Excellent communication and selling skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to investigate and follow through discrepancies
