Technical Trainer

Department: Human Resources

Responsibilities

• Prepare and conduct technical training program.
• Collaborate with Service areas
• Provide hands on shop training
• Deploy training to the Service Operation areas.
• Conduct presentations and webinars.
• Continuously enhance technical instructional delivery and presentation skills.
• Ensure the quality and consistency of course content throughout a course life cycle.
• Ensure Organization has skills needed to support technical training needs
• Provide development and mentoring to Service Technicians

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum of eight years field experience in the repair of heavy construction equipment
• Two or more years of prior technical training experience
• Associates Degree in Diesel Technology, Heavy Diesel, or Heavy Construction Equipment, preferred.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Excellent presentation skills
