Certified Hydraulic Rebuild: The hydraulic rebuild focuses on the hydraulic or hydrostatic system. This option is ideal for used CAT machines that are in otherwise good working order but need attention to the hydraulic system. It helps to ensure that rather than a simple repair that may fix the problem for a period of time, the machine gets the attention it deserves to work at optimal performance.
This allows you to avoid the cost and downtime of individual repairs by bringing your excavator’s pumps, motors, valves, accumulators, hoses, tubes, tanks, coolers and cylinders back to new.
A Cat Certified Hydraulic Rebuild restores — and can even improve on — its original performance and productivity levels. The Front Structure Assurance Program for Hydraulic Excavators is a boom and stick repair and replacement program developed by Caterpillar® for specific hydraulic excavators that have completed dealer machine rebuilds, or a combination of modular rebuilds of the linkages, hydraulics or engine and cooling systems. The program is primarily designed to assure customers of structural integrity of the boom and stick after the rebuild.
