As a member of the Foley Team, eligible full time employees both Union and Non-Union, are offered several competitive benefit programs that are affordable, flexible and comprehensive to meet their individual and family needs. Programs include medical, dental, prescription, retirement and several tax-savings programs to name a few.

Healthcare Benefits

Foley, Incorporated provides medical, dental and prescription drug plans including coverage for preventative services. Each plan provides in and out of network benefits.

Dental Benefits

Our Dental Plan provides the option of selecting coverage with or without medical coverage.

Supplemental Insurance Plans

Personal insurance is available through employer sponsored AFLAC policies. Policies offered are Cancer protection, Accident Insurance and Short Term Disability.

Flexible Spending Accounts

Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) are available to help pay for Healthcare and Dependent Care on a pre-tax basis.

Life Insurance

Life Insurance Coverage is provided to eligible employees; at no cost.

401K Plan

Foley, Incorporated is committed to your success at work and to helping eligible employees succeed in retirement. Our 401K Plan offers 100% “matching” contributions, up to the first 5%, of your pre-tax contribution through MassMutual Financial Group.

Retirement Program

Pension and Annuity plan for Union employees.

Tuition Reimbursement

Full time employees who have completed six months of service are reimbursed, on a set fee schedule, for successful completion of job related continued higher education courses.

Vacation & Personal Days

Eligible full time employees will receive company paid vacation time based on seniority. In addition, employees can earn up to 5 personal days per year.


Paid holidays to eligible employees; New Year’s Day, Presidents Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and day after, Christmas Eve Day, Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve Day.
