Cat AI Assistant simplifies how customers purchase, maintain, manage and operate their fleets. The goal is to help customers stay one step ahead from the office to the jobsite, and soon even into the cab of the machine.
It operates against the entire Caterpillar knowledge base and serves as a proactive partner for customers, providing personalized data and insights and enabling faster, smarter decisions.
