Looking back at 2025, we had quite a bit of valued Foley, Inc. employees have well-deserved retirements. In preparation for Valentine’s Day, we want to show some love and appreciation for our incredible long tenured Foley employees who retired in 2025. We’re going to miss you all, but glad you get to move on to this next exciting stage!
Betty Leinenbach – 47+ Years Of Service
She started her career as a Clerk Typist in the Sales Department, and with her talent and determination moved throughout the company. She is retiring as Foley’s Finance Manager, where her steady guidance and contributions have been instrumental in shaping our success

Dwayne Botnick – 30 Years Of Service
He started his career in the Foley Rents division and spent most of his tenure in the machinery sales department. Dwayne approached every challenge with a can-do attitude and a joy for tackling even the most complex tasks. His last last role was the Sales Administration & Process Manager in Machinery Sales.

Brooke Minarchi – 40+ Years Of Service
He began as a truck technician and throughout the years served as a Leadperson in all three divisions at different times. He eventually moved to the Power Systems Engineering Team, where his expertise, problem-solving skills, and mentorship have been deeply appreciated.

Judy Lahrman – 25+ Years Of Service
Judy began as an Administrative Assistant in Machinery Sales and later brought her expertise to the Power Systems Division. Her professionalism, warmth, and unwavering dedication to her customers and colleagues led her to much success in her last role as a Product Support Sales Representative, where she has made a lasting impact.
Up Next: Traveling, taking up golfing, continuing her volunteer work and spending time with her children,
Robert Healey – 14+ Years Of Service
Robert has held the position as a valued Rental Driver at our Piscataway Rents branch for his tenure at Foley. He consistently demonstrated reliability, professionalism, and a strong commitment to our customers and colleagues.

Chris Quinn – 33+ Years Of Service
Chris started his career in the Parts Warehouse and concluded in the Power Systems Division. Chris’ energy, bright smile, and willingness to help in any situation has made a lasting impact on our organization, which will be remembered for years to come.

Glenn Kantor – 25+ Years Of Service
Glenn came to Foley with years of experience and started in the Bensalem Power Systems shop. He moved to field service soon after and has been an asset to our team, always ready to share his knowledge and lend a helping hand whenever needed.
