» If your parts don’t arrive by the next business day, or your requested delivery date you’ll receive up to USD $1,000 in Cat credits.

» CVAs with dealer labor include repair service for common repairs on machines completed within two business days from initial
contact. Time commitments for major repairs may vary.
» If your common repair is delayed beyond two days or the agreed completion date, you’ll receive USD $1,000 in Cat Credits.
