  •  48-Hour Equipment Recovery – Back up and running within 48 hours (or agreed timeframe) or earn a $1,000 credit.
  •  Oil Sampling Included – Proactive maintenance built into your contract.
  •  Condition Monitoring Included – Continuous insights for optimal performance.

» If your parts don’t arrive by the next business day, or your requested delivery date you’ll receive up to USD $1,000 in Cat credits.
» No waiting, no guessing and no surprises.

» CVAs with dealer labor include repair service for common repairs on machines completed within two business days from initial
contact. Time commitments for major repairs may vary.
» If your common repair is delayed beyond two days or the agreed completion date, you’ll receive USD $1,000 in Cat Credits.
» Gain peace of mind with the assurance that your equipment and crew can get back to work, fast.
