One of the final pieces of the Foley acquisition of Giles & Ransome is the merging of our systems and banking relationship. As we approach this phase, we wanted to communicate the following changes:
Starting July 1st, we will be directing all payments to one bank facility. Going forward please remit all checks to the following address:

Our PNC lockbox will close at year end. Please update your records now to avoid lost payments.
Starting July 1st you will be able to sign on to the Foley Corporate portal using your existing UserID and password. This will allow you to view and obtain invoice copies and statements dated July 1 and later. Any documents prior to July 1st will have to be obtained through the existing Legacy Ransome portal until July 15th. At that point, we will have all documents on the Corporate portal. Sorry for any inconvenience this might cause over that two week period. The links to the 2 portals are below:
