Lehigh Valley Facility Transition
We are excited to announce that the Foley Whitehall branch will begin transitioning to our new Lehigh Valley facility at 10171 Old US 22, Breinigsville, PA soon.
On November 6, 2023 our Parts Department and Service Shop will start moving inventory and tooling to the new location. In an effort to minimize any disruptions to our customers working in this territory, all Whitehall / Lehigh parts order will ship directly from Caterpillar’s York facility (with no emergency charges) starting on Friday, October 27th at 4:30pm. We anticipate being able to resume the fulfillment of parts orders at the new Lehigh branch on or around December 18th, 2023.
During this transition period, customers may continue to order parts by contacting the Whitehall Parts Department at (610) 261-4887 or by walking in and speaking to someone at the counter. Please note that same-day pickups will not be available during this period, as inventory will be in transit. Additionally, Customers utilizing Parts.Cat.Com can “shop” at any of our other branch locations during this time, as our Whitehall store inventory will be unavailable on the online platform as well.
