As you may already be aware, Foley Incorporated has begun negotiations with the International Union of Operating Engineers (IUOE) Local 825 on a new labor contract. The current labor contract expires on November 13, 2023. IUOE Local 825 represents our Service Technicians (Mechanics) and Parts Employees that work in both the warehouse and counter in our Piscataway, NJ and Monroe, NJ locations. It is our sincere intention to use the bargaining table for productive discussion and to achieve a fair and forward-looking contract, ensuring Foley and our employees can continue to do what we do best, helping our Customers build and power a better future. As the union negotiation process moves forward, we do not anticipate any interruption in Foley’s ability to serve our customers, and at this time we have no indication that any work stoppage will occur.
